The 3,000m² 7 storey office building has recently been upgraded to target a 60% reduction in energy consumption through the installation of a new chiller, control system, LED lighting, and solar thermal package units. We successfully applied for $500,000 of government funding from the Green Building Fund program, and acted Superintendent and Client’s Representative through to completion.
