A major component of the RMIT University $98M EPC included a comprehensive upgrade of all site Building Management Systems (BMS).
As the appointed Technical Review Consultants, AECOM engaged N&BE as their Specialists Consultants, to review the design of the proposed Honeywell & Siemens systems. Our scope was expanded to developing an Enterprise BMS Strategy and Design Guidelines, to ensure all systems provided the technologies, flexibility, open integration and scalability needs required for future expansion.
