Melbourne Olympic Park is a 40 hectare, multi-purpose sports and entertainment precinct, that is home to the Australian Open Tennis Grand Slam and many other major events.
On completion of undertaking a detailed condition and energy efficiency assessment, our team developed a powerful cloud based asset management system and now work closely with the MOPT Facilities team to provide technical advice and identify and evaluate opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and manage lifecycle risk of the mechanical services.
