Using eQuest energy modelling software to accurately predict the performance of various bundles of initiatives under consideration, our team was engaged to work collaboratively with 101 Collins Management, to identify and develop a high performance upgrade strategy, designed to improve the buildings NABERS Energy rating to a target of 5 Star.
