Napier & Blakeley is an experienced consultancy firm to the property and construction sector providing independent and trustworthy services throughout the property lifecycle.

Innovation has been part of our DNA and our commercial approach since we were founded by Don Napier and Paul Blakeley, becoming the first consultancy to introduce Capital Allowances to the Australian property market.

Don Napier’s legacy is carried on to this day with the D.E Napier PhD Scholarship contributing towards further study or research in quantity surveying, construction management or construction economics at The University of Melbourne. Further the Donald Napier Scholarship provides funds towards studying a relevant academic qualification in the built environment and is administered by the AIQS.
