Waterfront Place, Eagle Street Pier, Brisbane

We were engaged by Corval Partners on behalf of the Australian Federal Government's Future Fund to assist them with their acquisition of this landmark Brisbane commercial office building. 

 

Our role was to provide Technical Due Diligence and to analyse the physical risk involved in the acquisition in addition to environmental and flooding risks, an assessment of the energy use and NABERS ratings profile of the asset including a ten year analysis of capital expenditure requirements for the asset.
