We provided a full range of quantity surveying services and property tax advice for Stage 1 of this major residential community development. Stage 1 had a build price of approximately $60 million.
When all stages of the works are completed they will have a value of $450 million and East Quarter will comprise a total of approximately 629 residential apartments and 10,000m² of retail and commercial space over seven buildings.
